-What is your shipping policy?
We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Italy only. Most items are prepared and shipped within 5-7 business days within the Continental United States, and within 7-10 Business days for GBR and Western Europe if ordered from our online store.

-Which Carrier do you use?
All items are sent via UPS or USPS, and DHL for some international addresses unless otherwise specified.
We use Standard Ground Shipping with UPS and USPS carriers and Standard Shipping for International orders.
You can request expedited shipping with an extra charge.

-Can you ship to a country other than the ones mentioned?
Contact us directly if you don't find your country in our list where we ship and are still interested in purchasing our products.

-What is your Return Policy?
Due to delicate and unique nature of our products we only allow exchanges, if we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
We do not bear the cost of return shipping in that case.
No returns.

-How can I take good care of my jewelry?
Remove your jewelry during certain activities such as cleaning, swimming and exercising. Avoid letting your jewelry come into contact with harsh household chemicals like hairspray and chlorine, and make sure to store your jewelry in a safe dry place. Storing your pieces individually in soft pouches can help to avoid scuffs and scratches as well.  Perfumes, sweat, water and any other moisture can alter the color and shine of your jewelry. To care for the jewelry and refrain from tarnishing, store them in a dry area such as jewelry box or a pouch. Wipe it with a jewelry cloth.

-How can I prevent my jewelry from getting damaged?
Handle every piece of jewelry with extra caution and care. If you pull hard, handle roughly or drop your jewelry, its very likely that jewelry might get damaged.

-What if my jewelry looks slightly different?
Natural Gemstones vary in color, sometimes in shape and sizes as well. Slight disparity is possible when buying natural gemstone jewelry.
